The Northwest Regional Lavender Conference II is pleased to announce an opportunity for commercial exhibits at the October 24-26 event in Portland, Oregon.
Thanks to the unexpectedly high turnout of 150 for the Inaugural NRLC in 2011 from 19 states and 3 Canadian provinces, we have expanded the exhibit area for products and services available to lavender growers as business owners, farmers, and producers of value-added products.
The exhibitor package includes one skirted six-foot display table in an approximately 8’x10′ space and readily accessible electrical outlet (120v AC). The investment of $449 for one company representative (add another registrant for $219), includes full conference registration and all food and beverage events (see Program tab above) beginning Friday evening, October 24. Two receptions will be held within or adjacent to the exhibit area. Exhibits remain open during sessions and breaks; they are closed only during general sessions and Saturday luncheon program, with ample time after each for exhibit visits. Exhibits close at 1 p.m. Sunday, October 26.

Promotional benefit—Exhibitors will be listed in all advance informational materials on-line, on-site, and in other conference marketing activities, and will be recognized from the podium during the general sessions. Registered exhibitors reach our current newsletter subscriber list of nearly 3,500 readers through our regular updates before, during and after the conference, as well as announcements on the conference’s Facebook site.
Additional promotional benefit—Your supplied 8-1/2 x 11” flyer (3-hole punched) will be included in the Resources section of the Conference Workbook binder at no additional cost ($150 value) with registration.
